Are You a Carer?
We know that caring for someone can be very rewarding and it is also a time when it is really important to look after your own health and well-being.
We can make a note on your medical records and send you information on support and service that you can have. Often people miss out on benefits and services that could make life easier for them.
This would include:-
- An annual carers' assessment with a nurse.
- An introductory information pack.
- Twice yearly carer updates.
- Annual flu jab.
- An opportunity to let us know what could help.

If you are please let us know - we may be able to help you.
