When a patient wishes to speak to a doctor, reception will put you through to one of our secretaries who will schedule a telephone consultation which is recorded on the doctor's computer screen along with other appointments for the day.  The secretary is required to record the time of the call, the name of the patient with a contact number and other information to help the doctor determine the nature and priority of the call.

Alternatively, each doctor has a named secretary who is there to help if your doctor is not available to speak with you personally.
